A Nerdy View of the World

I Can't Code at Night

Well, I did it again. This time, I didn't even write code, I just thought about it. When I opened my laptop yesterday evening, my code editor was open to my latest side project, and I started thinking about a problem I was having with my parser. When I tried to sleep later, my brain kept visualizing the code and stepping through it. Some days, I just can't tell my brain to drop it.

So, I'm operating right now on very little sleep. Given that I wrote software for sleep labs for more than 15 years, you'd think I'd have better sleep hygiene than this.
